Home buyers and sellers who started 2025 with a positive outlook have had a lot of variables to contend with since the year started – from tariff talk to economic uncertainty to mountains of snow.
Adding to the mix is the large wave of mortgage renewals on the horizon as many homeowners who purchased five years ago face higher interest rates today.
