Commercial properties still turn to rooftop solar
Large-scale rooftop solar projects have yet to gain widespread traction with Canadian developers.
Financing can be complex and it can take time for developers to gain returns on their investments, but new solar projects are still being announced, says Victoria Papp, senior director of strategy and innovation at BOMA Canada, a group representing Canadian building owners and managers.
