Toronto rents reached new lows in June as Canada saw its slowest annual growth in price hikes
'Strong rent increases are mainly limited to inexpensive cities … while larger markets dealing with severe affordability issues are seeing rents slow or fall,' said the president of Urbanation, co-author of the National Rent Report.
