Former Remax Canada president Christopher Alexander joins Pathmark Partners

Former Remax Canada president Christopher Alexander has joined real estate advisory firm Pathmark Partners as a senior advisor.

Alexander will directly work on select client and partnership projects, advising on areas including growth strategy, organizational leadership, technology adoption and industry relationships.

“Chris understands real estate from the perspective of the agent, the brokerage owner and the national organization,” said Howard Drukarsh, co-founder of Pathmark Partners. “That combination is rare. His judgment, experience and ability to see how the pieces fit together will be extremely valuable as we help clients navigate growth, change and new opportunities.”

More than 15 years in real estate

Alexander has more than 15 years of experience in real estate sales, franchise development, brokerage operations and executive leadership.

He began his Remax career as a sales associate in 2010 before becoming a franchise sales consultant for Remax Ontario-Atlantic in 2014.

Alexander later served as chief strategy officer and executive vice-president of Remax Integra, where his responsibilities included oversight of New England, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Indiana.

He became senior vice-president of Remax Canada in July 2021 and was named president that November. In the role, Alexander led a network of more than 25,000 agents across nine provinces.

He concluded his tenure as president in March 2025 and remains active in the industry as an Ontario brokerage owner and as strategic advisor at Remax Europe.

Pathmark expands advisory team

Pathmark Partners was founded by Drukarsh, Dan Steward and Adam Price. The firm works with real estate brokerages, franchise organizations, teams, technology companies and other industry organizations.

Alexander said he plans to work directly on projects where his experience can support the firm’s clients.
