Designed to increase and diversify income for agents who are looking to raise their game in a competitive real estate industry, the REVEL Leadership Model, internally recognized as our Head Coach Model and already adopted successfully by fifty leaders in locations throughout Ontario, is gaining traction as a model that streamlines income for a real estate agent who has chosen to lead an office, whether virtual or bricks and mortar, under the REVEL brand.

Not only are agents presented with the opportunity to do so after reaching out, but they are also presented with a detailed and specific business model that will enhance and supplement my sales. This model will also enable their entrepreneurial acumen to manage a vision for those agents in their area who are also seeking a change that will drive sales and industry standards to another level.

After contacting the Chief Growth Officer at REVEL, agents are educated in every aspect of the model. They are encouraged to invite like-minded, motivated individuals into their circle of trust and REVEL influence, so to speak, and in doing so, they are already taking steps forward to advance my income alongside my real estate sales income. And this is how it works.

A REALTOR® at a REVEL office earns commission from 9.4 deals (the average deal count per agent at REVEL), calculated against the current average sale price of $675,000.  If the agent were to earn a minimum 2% per deal commission, the overall GCI would amount to $126,900.  As a leader or Head Coach under this model, and as an ambassador of the REVEL brand in the area, whether virtual or bricks and mortar, an agent stands to earn the following as a leader:

At $126,900 earned for that agent, and as the leader of this REVEL branch, agents stand to earn at MINIMUM, $10,000.

However, if the agent was directly recruited by the leader of the REVEL branch, then the leader will receive, at MAXIMUM, $15,000 (inclusive of REVshare).

Compared to other models, the REVEL Leadership Model opens the floodgate of revenue-sharing potential. Contrary to other revenue sharing models where opportunity is conditional on the quantity of agents, the REVEL Model has no quotas, nothing gated to unlock and no pressure to turn your business into a recruiting operation. 

Furthermore, earnings are paid out per transaction to expedite income flow.  As a result, cash flow increases profitability in tandem with real estate sales commission, creating a powerful and diversified tandem well-equipped for the peaks and valleys of business productivity in a volatile real estate marketplace.
