Canada’s lacklustre real estate market may see a rebound in 2025, Bay Street forecasts, but so far buyers in the Toronto area are not bringing the heat.
Properties did change hands in December – some with spirited competition – but overall the reaction to new mortgage rules and a Bank of Canada interest rate cut has remained subdued, real estate agents say.
